This instructional program will provide students with the
required skills and expertise to be employable in the field of computer
networking as computer networking technicians. The required skill and
expertise will be provided through course work in the design, installation,
maintenance and operation of computer networks.
The curriculum leads to an Associate of Applied Science degree and is
preparatory for employment upon graduation from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community
College. Where a transfer to a senior college or university is desired, a
conference should be scheduled with a community college counselor for
advisement.
