Real Estate Sales License
Courses needed as prerequisites to obtain a Real Estate Sales
License are as follows:
BAD 2713, Principles of Real Estate
BAD 2723, Real Estate Law
You must pass both of these classes with at least a C. Additionally, you
must have a Mississippi Real Estate Broker sponsor you for the exam to be taken
in Jackson, MS. The Real Estate Sales License Exam is given every month.
You must contact the Mississippi Real Estate Commission at (601) 932-9191 for an
exam application.
Real Estate Broker's License
Courses needed as prerequisites to obtain a Real Estate Broker's
License are as follows:
BAD 2713, Principles of Real Estate
BAD 2723, Real Estate Law
BAD 2733, Real Estate Finance
BAD 2743, Real Estate Appraisal I
You must pass all of these classes with at least a C. After successful completion of these classes, you can take the Mississippi Real Estate Broker's Exam in Jackson, MS. The Real Estate Broker's Exam is given every month. You must contact the Mississippi Real Estate Commission at (601) 932-9191 for an exam application.
